// Certified Organic & Biodynamic (76% Sauvignon Blanc & 24% Semillon)
"This wine is named after Grace Madeline, Diana Madeline's mother. Grace, originally from London, lived most of her life in Tasmania and was a suffragette, who loved nature as well as being mother to three daughters. Grace Madeline is blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, planted in 1976 on Cullen Estate. A delicate perfume of white flowers alyssum and magnolia, laced with a wrapping layer of fresh honey andbeeswax. Subtle glance of pink lady apple and quince unfold gracefully, leading into fragrant orange blossom and refined citrus notes that bring brightness and lift to the bouquet. Gracefully structured with bright acidity and a crescent minerality. Layers of unctuous dried pear and fig with a hint of mango, unveiling delicate notes of brioche and lemon curd, all lifted by subtle touches of vanilla bean." - Cullen, Winemaker
"As is the way with this classy wine, it’s textural, complex and layered. Smoky, waxy, with a hint of lanolin, some quince paste and preserved lemon. And so savoury. The palate is refined with talc-like acidity and neat phenolics, so it’s moreish to the last drop. Youthful and lovely today but will garner more complexity in time." - 95 Points, Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion
"A juicy yet waxy offering here, a textural white wine of interest and deliciousness. Almost a skinsy grip to texture, pleasingly so, as an additional comment. Very fragrant with green pear, lime, ginger, sea spray, faint cedar and some cut grass and alpine herb notes in the mix. It drives well and yet knows how to be drinkable and kind of laid back for a young wine. More of the profile of the bouquet to taste, a little brown skin pear through the finish lingering. Classy wine." - 94 Points, Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
