"Coeur de Nature, the first 100% organic cuvée from Champagne Devaux, is the result of a demanding environmental approach that has been in place for several decades in the heart of the vineyards of the Côte des Bar of Champagne Devaux. Very fresh nose, reminiscent of biscuits. Good maturity, with aromas of bergamot, dried apricots and dried flowers. A tonic and slightly saline attack in the mouth. A crisp and crunchy wine, reminiscent of ripe flesh such as Anjou pear and tangerine, with notes of white flowers. A fresh and very salivating finish." - House Notes
"With an almost pink hue in its straw colour, the wine shows its blanc de noirs nature. The nose is wonderfully fruit-driven, showing notes of Red Delicious apple and ripe, yellow stone fruit. These notions are bedded in a sense of creaminess that continues onto the palate. The body is fresh, crisp and slender, yet shows the generosity and roundness of Champagne’s south while fine, smooth bubbles drive the fruit even further forward.
