"This vintage corresponds to a new method of working Anjou Blanc since 2000. Plots are previously determined for the production of this appellation with meticulous work of the vines: short pruning, disbudding, green harvest, only 6 to 8 grapes per vine, manual leaf stripping at the end of June/beginning of July towards the rising sun in order to gradually accustom the grapes to the sun and bring them to perfect maturity. This wine will surprise you thanks to the beautiful maturity of the Chenin grape variety. It has a deep golden yellow color. This appellation is capable of competing with the greatest white wines. It will pleasantly accompany your shellfish, starters, fish, white meats and can also be served as an aperitif." - Winemaker Notes
