The 2023 Gautheron Chablis VV is a complex and super appealing wine for its level. What we love most here is the mouthfeel thats tactile but not heavy. There is some fine tropical tension, with supporting notes of orange rind and ginger. Completely delicious, and a very reasonable price point for an old vine wine at this quality - Our Note
