"The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Cuvée Jules 1er Cru comes from three lieux-dits. It underwent a prolonged malo, as it tends to do. Thus, the aromatics are quite reduced and difficult to read. The palate is sweet and pastille-like on the entry. It's fleshy with fine-boned tannins and lush red fruit tones on the slightly candied finish.
