Description
Grandom is a truly exceptional apple cider brandy, crafted with care and representing the unique terroir of Queensland, Australia. With apples sourced from the Granite Belt, a region known for its fertile granite soils, reminiscent of Normandy's terroir. A blend of Kanzi, Gala, Pink Lady, and Granny Smith, pressed at Sunshine Coast Cider and distilled at Kitty Hawk Distillery in Brisbane.
Inspired by Calvados, Grandom is initially aged in lightly toasted new French oak barrels and is then transferred to six-year-old Cognac barrels. Proudly Queensland.
