Description

"This finely crafted extra-dry Pinot Meunier has yellow-gold robe. Boasting a rich floral aroma of apple blossom and lilac, its velvety palate leaves a subtle hint of summer fruits with undertones of ripe strawberries and damson. Ideal serving temperature: 9°C. Following on from 3 generations of vine growers, I am the first wine grower. I founded my own domain in 2000. My passion for oenology quickly led me to adopt the status of champagne maker-vintner (RM). Since then, my philosophy is not to blend anything! The champagnes are made of one year of harvest, one plot and one grape variety, making each cuvee unique. I am driven by an on-going quest for perfection. I am proud to propose pure champagnes full of character. I am aware that I am simply borrowing the lands I have inherited. I am faithful to this principle, cultivating my vines and developing my wines durably and sustainably. I divide my time between furrowing my vines and am present at each stage of the viticultural cycle, elaborating my wines to have the immense pleasure of enabling you to discover them." - Notes from Julien
