"This new white wine from the upper Alta Valle delle Greve is made from 20% Chardonnay, 40% Trebbiano and 40% Famoso! Chardonnay from Burgundy and the almost extinct Famoso from Emilia-Romagna are grafted onto very old vines in Lamole. The wine is a white Fiore masterpiece. Only 666 bottles bottled. Aged in used Chablis casks, it shows a brilliant cool nose with lime, wax, flowers and juicy yellow melon in crystal clear and pure expression. Slim, precise, clean, juicy and with dazzling balance, it is completely dry like a Chablis and almost as "calcified" in its reductive dryness. Class wine, but extremely small production"
