2022 Thistledown Gorgeous Grenache Rosé - $23 on offer ; $26 RRP
"Fruit was hand-picked before gentle de-stemming and crushing followed by 3.5 hours on skins to extract minimal colour. A cool fermentation followed which retained the aromatic, herbal notes and focussed the crisp, textural palate. Maturation on lees for 2 months helped increased texture prior to bottling. This beautifully pale rosé has lovely aromatic wild strawberry and cranberry notes on the nose. The palate is tangy, dry and textural with creamy berry fruit and a deliciously moreish finish. Vegan friendly." - Winemaker Notes

2021 Ruggeri Corsini Rosin Langhe Rosato - $33 on offer ; $37 RRP
// 100% Nebbiolo
As one might expect from its grape and Piemonte origins, this rosé hits towards a dry and textural style, bringing a medium body packed full of strawberry, cranberry and some sour raspberry. This is all brought together with a refreshing acid line that lingers on the palate long after the first sip, making it a perfect hot weather wine to enjoy with grilled fish or with light starters and dips! - Our Notes

2022 Chateau de L'Escarelle Chateau Rosé - $33 on offer ; $38 RRP
"Constant, elegant and fruity, it delights demanding consumers with simplicity. This bottling is the most emblematic and oldest of our vintages. The blend is intended to be traditional, vinified in short maceration to be consumed quickly. A constant, elegant and fruity vintage. Perfect for getting to know our vineyard." - Winemaker Notes

NV Dominique Portet Sparkling Brut Rosé - $37 on offer ; $42 RRP
"The grapes for this traditional-method sparkling came from two elevated vineyards (250m) in the Upper Yarra. Both sites have benefited from very good growing conditions over recent vintages, with abundant warm days, cool nights and very little rain. This has allowed the fruit to ripen gradually with excellent flavour development and balanced sugars and acids. The grapes were handpicked, gently pressed and fermented before going through secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine was then aged for two years in our cool, temperature-controlled cellars, then disgorged and given a light dosage prior to release." - Winemaker Notes
“This is a traditional method blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, all grown in the Yarra Valley. Held on lees for 2 years prior to disgorgement and a light dosage. A totally delicious and elegantly poised wine, with fresh red fruits of every description dancing around on the bouquet and palate alike, the finish harmonious.” - 94 Points, James Halliday

2022 Mas de Libian Buve Z'en Rosé (Rhône) - $38 on offer ; $43 RRP
"Biodynamic. This is drawn from the estate’s younger vines—again spread across a selection of rocky terroirs—and comprises one-third each of Grenache, Counoise and Syrah. Using the Provençal model, all three varieties were slowly pressed into tank after a short maceration and thereafter fermented with wild yeasts. These days, this is simply one of the most appealing, mineral and delicious rosés of the Rhône Valley. This 2022 is a punchy number, with fleshy red berries and bramble fruit underscored by garrigue and chalky tang. It’s so pure and delicious, with savoury complexity, a silky feel and a mouth-watering, vibrating close: get on the saucisson." - Importer Notes

2021 Clos Cibonne Tradition 'Tibouren' Rosé - $69 on offer ; $79 RRP
// 90% Tibouren, 10% Grenache
"Clos Cibonne is one of 18 Cru Classé growers in the Côtes de Provence AOP, and is in fact the most southerly. The estate is managed organically, although is not certified. Grapes are all harvested by hand and the resultant wines are some of the most transparent in Southern France - the spices, herbs and salt that you can literally taste on the breeze, fill these wines. Bright fruits rise from the glass, red current, cranberry and strawberry. Also, peach. Backing this is a wave of complexity, orange zest, spice, clove, salty mineral. The palate is fresh, textured with mineral running front to back. Layers of smoke and zest." - Importer Notes

2021 Domaines Ott Clos Mireille Coeur de Grain Rosé - $73 on offer ; $83 RRP
"The wine reveals a pink pastel hue with pearly highlights and an expressive, crisp, fruity nose redolent of citrus, boxwood, white fruit and tangy mango. After a lively attack, the palate appears taut, unctuous and elegant with a typical fresh summer fruit vibrancy. Clos Mireille 2021 is a rosé that bursting with freshness and delicious flavours. Pair with all Mediterranean cuisine - particularly carpaccio and tartars." - Winemaker Notes
"Clos Mireille’s 124 acres of vines are planted in schist and clay soils within view of the sea. This wine is reticent at first, though a magnetic hint of salted cherry paste suggests what’s to come. With a day of air, pithy grapefruit flavors and cinnamon spice come out to play, sliding into sea-salt and floral notes in the finish. Complex, intensely flavorful and still restrained, this has mouthwatering tannins that last without encumbering the wine." - 95 Points, Wine & Spirits

Devaux Champagne Rosé des Riceys 'Val Bazot' Vintage 2018 - $96 on offer ; $110 RRP
// 100% Pinot Noir
"A rare wine which had the honour of being named the best Rosé in the world by the great 18th century critic La Reynière. Genuine pink gold for the aficionados, the Rosé des Riceys is a unique treasure. The nose opens up with the temperature and reminds us of a red fruit salad. Rosé des Riceys Val Bazot 2018 offers a lot of freshness and a certain energy. The palate is unctuous, fleshy and structured, with a slightly liquorice finish." - Notes from Devaux
