A long-time specialist in Blanc de Blancs champagne from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize (in the prestigious Côtes des Blancs), Franck Bonville have their passionate team led by Olivier (Franck's great grandson) working their 77 plots that are spread over 15 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards. With each terroir in such close proximity, it allows careful cultivation of the grapes before they reach the bottle and are aged in pure chalk cellars for a minimum of 2.5 years.

"It is probably the one that best represents the House Bonville’s style. We want the cuvée Brut Grand Cru to be a standard of our production. It shows perfectly our idea of a Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs: a lot of finesse and elegancy, a beautiful minerality enveloped by smoothness. The first white flower aromas come to wave and open on white peach and grapefruit notes. The energy of this blending gives rhythm to the tasting. The salty end resonates for a few seconds again.
