Be sure to join us Saturday, it'll be a great one.

2019 Koehler-Ruprecht Spatburgunder Pinot Noir - $36 per bottle ; $42 RRP

"A light and fruity Pinot Noir that does what we expect a Bourgogne rouge to do; that is delight with bright cherry fruit that is married to a supple body and lively but not tart acidity. With a little aeration, nice, rooty complexity develops and some healthy tannin shows its hand. Moderate length, but very good harmony at the finish. Drink now." - Stuart Pigott, JamesSuckling.com

2020 Marcel Deiss Alsace Pinot Noir - $52 per bottle ; $59 RRP

"This wine exclusively comes from red vineyards of the Domain Marcel Deiss. It’s produced from the well matured grapes, pressed and vinified with the biggest respect and without oenological inputs. These grapes express the depth of the Alsatian land and we are happy to produce a wine telling our attachment our landscape and tradition. This wine expresses the obvious vocation of the Alsatian limestone terroirs to reveal colour and tannins in a silky and invigorating whole: complex colour, shimmering nose, serene and deeply salivating palate expressing the benevolent maturity of the fruit, its harmonious perfection..." – Winemaker

2021 Thick as Thieves 'Levings' Single Vineyard Pinot Noir - $54 per bottle ; $62 RRP

"Home block vineyard; 100% whole bunch ferment and then destemmed and finished on skins; natural ferment and malo; barrel select - three second use French oak puncheons; no fining or filtration. Perfumed and savoury. Aromas of strawberry and red cherry fruits ; red apple skin and bell pepper; hints of bacon, earth and cedar - give it a decant as a young wine and see it open up. The palate brings a silky mouthfeel with generous fruits and florals; rounded mid palate and chalky tannins on a long and savoury finish" – Winemaker

2020 Prophet's Rock Home Vineyard Pinot Noir - $60 per bottle ; $69 RRP

"The foundation of this wine is our focus on delivering low-yielding concentrated fruit that expresses our vineyard. In the winery, we employ traditional old world techniques; the grapes are handled gently and the wines are fermented using only the indigenous yeast from the vineyard. Concentrated and elegant with red and dark fruit, spectacular baking spices combined with smoky oak and the signature integrated tannin structure, this seamless wine with its velvety texture will leave you wanting more. The wines are aged in barrel for 15-18 months before being bottled unfiltered, and are cellared before release. Further cellaring will reward collectors over the next 10+ years from vintage." – Winemaker

2020 Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir - $69 per bottle ; $79 RRP

"Upon release the wine has a bright ruby hue. The nose is layered and complex, with earthy notes of undergrowth, woodsmoke, truffle and pot pourri juxtaposed against dark cherry, cranberry, crushed lavender, and hints of clove. In the mouth the wine is generously proportioned, polished tannins and a seam of refreshing acidity tap dancing cheekily across on a broad silky palate. Fresh and vibrant yet concentrated, with a structured frame. The finish is spicy, decadent, and sustained, leaving lingering impressions of velvety depth." - Winemaker

"Superbly complex and enticing with dark berry, hazelnut, tar, toasted spice and rich floral aromas, it's concentrated and fleshy in the mouth delivering excellent weight and flow. Silky-smooth and multi-layered with loads of delectable flavours. At its best: now to 2034." - 95 Points, Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Rich, mouth-filling red with red-fleshed plum, cassis, blackcurrant and gamy notes. Complex, generously proportioned and slightly rustic wine that is certainly approachable now but should mellow nicely with bottle age." - 94 Points, Bob Campbell MW, The Real Review

2019 Ten Minutes by Tractor Wallis Pinot Noir - $78 per bottle ; $90 RRP

"Fruit was handpicked then fermented on skins in a combination of concrete tanks and stainless steel for 14-21 days. 15% whole bunch pressed. Fermented in concrete tanks for 18-20 days, then 10 months in a combination of new (18%) and old oak. Lifted red fruits give way to the darker, riper, cherry flavours. The palate is plush, spicy and round with elegant herbal, spice and autumnal notes that roll along with the fine mineral ‘up the hill’ tannins that engulf the finish. Pair with a homemade tagliatelle with mushroom, truffle and touch of Parmigiano Reggiano" – Winemaker

2019 Domaine Faiveley Nuits-St-Georges - $113 per bottle ; $130 RRP

Intense garnet red hue and aromas of fruit, oak and spice on the nose. The palate reveals a smooth, rich attack, velvety tannins and good balance. A delicate, seductive and very elegant wine. Enjoy with duck breast or venison dishes - Winemaker

"Produced entirely from Domaine-owned vineyards with both the southern and northern sections of Nuits St Georges almost equally represented. Particularly from the north, there are important additions from higher-slope vineyards including the village portion of "Les Damodes" on the border of Vosne, as well as Argillats above "Aux Thorey" 1er Cru. An array of red and dark fruits is complemented by savoury peaty, earthy, red meat and leather notes. This is a really tasty al-dente Nuits St Georges that is characteristically deep and robust, but the tannins are importantly balanced and polite. Gorgeous now and with terrific upside predicted in the cellar, this wine over-delivers big time" – TWE

2019 Pavelot Savigny Les Beaune 'Les Gravains' 1er Cru - $118 per bottle ; $135 RRP

"Notes of oak toast and menthol surround the moderately high-toned aromas of red and dark cherry, plum and warm earth. There is terrific intensity to the vibrant, intense and well-detailed medium weight flavors that also brim with minerality on the even more compact, austere and firmly constituted finale. The quality is excellent though I underscore that this is presently a block of stone and it would be largely pointless to open a bottle before at least 7 to 8 years have passed." - 91-93 Points, Burghound
