Chandon Rosé Sparkling NV (Tasmania) - $29 on special ; $32 RRP
"Chandon Rosé is our little ode to the fruit that calls Australia home, and it sings thanks to the careful blending of wines from the Yarra Valley, Strathbogie Ranges and the Whitlands Plateau. Up here, the cool climate helps our Pinot Noir vines thrive, and that elegant, rose-petal pink hue is our secret little love letter to one of Australia’s favourite red grapes. This bottle is layered with the refreshing flavours of redcurrant, cherry sorbet and pink grapefruit zest alongside delightfully dry notes of hazelnut and biscuit. To bring out their natural, vibrant flavours, the vines enjoy breathing the cool, mountain air of Victoria's high country – but then again, don’t we all. It’s what gives the Chandon Rosé its refreshingly unique personality. Try with fresh seafood or a charcuterie board with cured meats and Yarra Valley cheeses." - Winemaker Notes

Whispering Angel Côtes de Provence Rosé 2022 - $42 on special ; $47 RRP
"Whispering Angel is today’s worldwide reference for Provence rosé. Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale color is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. Highly approachable and enjoyable with a broad range of cuisine, Whispering Angel is a premium rosé that you can drink from mid-day to midnight." - Winemaker Notes

Moet & Chandon Imperial Rosé NV - $94 on special ; $105 RRP
// 40-50% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier and 10-20% Chardonnay
"Rosé Impérial is a spontaneous, radiant, romantic expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Pink with amber highlights. A lively, intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry). Floral nuances of rose, with a slight hint of pepper. An expressive palate combining intensity and suppleness, with juicy, persistent intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), the fleshiness and firmness of peach, alongside the freshness of a subtle note of menthol. 7 g/liter dosage." - House Notes
---
Veuve Clicquot Rosé NV - $89 on special ; $115 RRP
“This was the first blended rosé created by Madame Clicquot in 1888, by adding some still red wine to the assemblage of white wine. It has a brilliant coppery-pink colour with hints of sunset. A palate of wild strawberries, raspberry, pink grapefruit, yellow peaches with red veins and the pink section of the watermelon. There is a lovely nose of deep pink camellias and lilies. Lots of reserve wines - 35% to 40% and back to 5 or 6 previous harvests, which gives this wine a delectable & enjoyable palate. The blend is approximately 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier and 30% Chardonnay” - Bernadette O’Shea, Champagne Consultant, TWE

Ruinart Brut Rosé NV - $189 on special ; $210 RRP
"First impressions reveal intense aromas of tropical fruit such as pomegranate, lychee and guava, complemented by floral essences of damask rose and freshly picked red berries. Secondary aromas include hints of warm spices such as tonka bean and nutmeg. On the palate, this cuvée’s fresh character is combined with a refined structure and delicate roundness. The elegant finish provides notes of peppermint and pink grapefruit." - Winemaker Notes
“Created from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in this oldest Champagne House. It has a glorious pinky/orange colour and a nose of climbing roses and pink sweet peas. The palate reflects lots of figs and pomegranates with edges of cherries, raspberries, guava, deep pink grapefruit and pistachio nuts with hints of mint. 55% pinot noir from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne - 18% of which is vinified as red wine (to give colour) and 45% chardonnay from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims chardonnay enclave. A stunning and striking champagne.” - Bernadette O’Shea, Champagne Consultant, TWE

Chateau d'Esclans Garrus Cotes de Provence Rosé 2021 - $280 on special ; $329 RRP
"At Château d'Esclans, the harvest takes place in September, from dawn until noon, before the heat peaks. The grapes are selected ripe, harvested and placed carefully in small crates (10 kg) to avoid piling up and crushing the grapes. The grapes destined for Caves d'Esclans, Whispering Angel and in large proportions for Rock Angel are also harvested mechanically during the night, again to escape the daytime heat. An intense aromatic that never ceases to deploy waves of candied citrus, peach and passion fruit. Crisp acidity on the palate, with flavors of pear and ripe pineapple lining the mid-palate. Vertical, unctuous finish, with some spicy accents. A unique and inimitable texture. Elegance and power." - Winemaker Notes
"A complex and intense rosé with notes of oak spices to the elegant red berries and strawberries, together with hints of orange and grapefruit. Impressive purity and tension on the full-bodied palate, with an ethereal feel and a long, subtle and refreshing finish. Tactile, flavorful and elegantly structured. Very serious. Drink or hold." - 95 Points, James Suckling
