Pale straw. Powerful and intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits, grapefruit blossom and underlying green capsicum. Intense and focused Sauvignon Blanc with powerful herbaceous characters. The palate is rich with flavours of passionfruit and grapefruit. Subtle hints of salt and chalky minerality add complexity to the palate creating a long, lingering finish.
