"For generations, our family has cultivated its vineyards located in the terroirs of Chamery and Ecueil, as well as in the surrounding villages, all classified as Premier Cru. While deeply committed to tradition, we modernize our techniques with the aim of creating high-quality champagnes. In this way, we perpetuate our family's expertise through the ages. Our 1er Cru vineyard receives meticulous care. Every stage of vineyard work is carried out under optimal conditions to respect the vine's balance and its environment. This commitment is essential for producing high-quality grapes and allowing our terroir to truly express itself. Most of the work in the vineyard is done manually (pruning, tying, trellising, harvesting). Each vine is treated with care. Our 'Selection' cuvée reflects the style of the house. It captivates with its elegance and roundness." - House Notes
"A well balanced and appetising dry champagne with balanced pinot noir and chardonnay aromas, no distracting oak or aldehyde. A very smart wine, equally suited as an aperitif or with lighter foods." - 92 Points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review
