"To enhance the terroirs and find the best balance in its blends, the House favors the Montagne de Reims region for its Pinot Noir selections, those from the Vallée de la Marne for the Meuniers, and those from the Côte des Blancs, Vitryat, and Sézannais for the Chardonnay. On the nose, the Le Réserve shows clean and precise intensity with an airy character, followed by a purity of bright and natural fruit. With aromatic precision (white seeded fruits and fresh fruits), this wine evolves towards a savory floral and biscuit seduction. In the mouth, delicate texture combines with beautiful vinosity and aromatic concentration. This wine seduces with its harmonious charm of gourmet flavors (apple, crisp pear and citrus) and roasted notes. A grand, persistent finish marked by freshness and minerality." - House Notes

"Lovely aromas of raspberries, gingerbread, toast and honey on the nose. I like the generosity and concentration of flavor on the palate, with a medium body and soft, creamy bubbles. Long finish. Delicious now" - 93 Points, Claire Nesbitt, JamesSuckling.com

"The first edition of the former Brut Réserve in its new incarnation, with the greater focus that is such a central part of the Billecart approach these days. Pliant, creamy and seductive, Le Réserve is terrific. Dried pear, hazelnut, spice, orange peel and dried flowers all meld together in an effortless, gracious Champagne that is all class. The significant increase in quality at Billecart-Salmon is no longer news, but it’s still worth mentioning. Quite simply, the Champagnes here have never been better." - 92 Points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous
