"We personally selected a balanced blend of aged Venezuelan rums for their light and dry flavour profile. This is the inspiration for the rum we're distilling locally. They're aged in American oak bourbon casks for up to 8 years.
We hand-select unexpected, Australian fortified wine casks for their distinctive flavour and character. We continued to age this blend for another 6 months in French oak muscat casks from the Barossa. The traditional lands of the Ngadjuri, Peramangk and Kaurna people." - Producer Notes
