"Careful selection of healthy grapes through sorting, harvested in crates. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and juice selection before settling. First alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 16–17°C, followed by wine filtration. Bottling and secondary fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum of 12 months ageing on lees to develop aromatic complexity and fine bubbles." - Importer's Note
