"Hand picked from 75yo vines. Open-fermented across a 10 day maceration and raised in French (25% new) and American oak for 18 months. Regional in a traditional paradigm defined by power, intensity and ripe fruit flavours suggestive of Christmas cake, blueberry, violet, orange rind and kirsch. Baking spice and licorice, too.
