Germana Soul is an unaged premium cachaca that's non-charcoal-filtered. Only one litre of Soul is obtained from every 33 litres of fermented sugarcane that's processed. This purity of sugarcane gives this its distinctive nose, while the high oil grade is evident in the glass. Serve chilled.
