Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic is aged for three years in oak barrels and selected for its exceptional color, bouquet, and aromas. Its luminous, slightly amber, golden-yellow hue and aroma of mingled apple and honey are the main sources of its appeal. Its flavor profile stems from its rustic character and its almost imperceptible, gentle acidity. Its long aging process imparts subtle hints of toast to its bouquet, which some compare to the Burgundian white grape variety Chardonnay.
This aristocratic beer is to our national beverage what Mouton-Rothschild, Petrus, or Romanée-Conti are to wines.
