"The organic Viognier grapes make this Vigneronne a delicate and very fresh beer, slightly less acidic than other Cantillon beers thanks to the addition of fructose.
La Vigneronne represents less than 5% of the total production of the Cantillon brewery. In order to obtain the ripest fruit possible, we buy it at the end of the season. A ton of French white grapes arrives every year at the beginning of October.
Despite demand, it's difficult for us to produce more: all the fruit is destemmed by hand, and time is of the essence for us because the new brewing season begins at the end of October. Bottling takes place without blending." - Cantillon, Brewery
