30 year old vines, 18 days of maceration before aged in used Tonneaux for 12 months before bottling. The nose offers dark fruit and floral aromas; the palate is medium-full-bodied, structured, with elegant tannins and lively freshness. Ripe black cherry, blackberry, and plum, lifted by notes of violet, wild herbs, and a touch of spice.
