"A selection of the best barrels of the vintage, which underwent extended barrel maturation (hence the EBM in the name). Light straw with an inviting nose of oatmeal, struck flint and the purest of white peach, nectarine and citrus fruits. Hints of soft spice, almond meal, white flowers, poached quince, clover blossom, crushed stone and lemon curd. Tight, minerally acidity crackles around the ripe fruits, coiling then releasing and slowly trailing off, all detailed and mealy, finishing dry and long with plenty of energy.
