Description
"80% Malbec, 15% Merlot with a touch of Tannat makes the blend of this superb Cahors. The 60 hectares have south-west exposure and on the gentle slopes leading away from the river which contain alluvial clay, offering up red fruit notes and softer tannins than the higher plateau sites. Fermented in tank per parcel then are blended in January for the final cuvee. Transferred to new and seasoned oak barrels and foudre for one year elevage." - Importer Notes
