"Oh my giddy goat… our love for Pet Nats run deep, this being said, I'm not into hardcore, yeasty, funky gear. I'm into cleaner, zippy natural wines and this Pet Nat is precisely that. For our Pet Nat lovers - we’ve reverted back to original “blend” putting a bit more Chardonnay in this lil number, accompanied by friends: Verdehlo, Pinot Gris and small amount of Muscat and Viognier. A genuine field blend - random white fruit from across our vineyard goes into this beast. We're thrilled with how the wine's turned out. Designed for sunny days sitting in a park listening to music with mates." - Winemaker Notes
