"40% heathcote grenache + 35% king valley tempranillo + 25% heathcote muscat, de-stemmed & fermented separately on skins - red fruit for 7 days, muscat for 30 days. Pressed to stainless to complete fermentation, elevage in oak. 20 ppm so2 added at bottling. 11.6% alc. Bright, light & floral. Delicate structure & fine tannins.
