"This “All The Dirts” Chardonnay is now a mainstay in the Dirty Three stable. Perfectly suited to the South Gippsland climate, we strive to make Chardonnay that is complex, long flavoured and textured. Our style is modern Australian- fresh bright fruit, layers of texture and crisp mineral acidity.
We are delighted with our 2023 Chardonnay. It shows all the characters that we think makes South Gippsland chardonnay special. This year we bottled a little bit later to build some palate richness and complexity. Bright stonefruit, white flowers, complexing oak, nougat and flint. A crisp, mineral and full mid palate finishes long and textured. A great drink now, but will also reward cellaring for at least 5-10 years." - Producer Notes
