Red from the Languedoc, picked from vines laid in rolled pebbles known as "Les Grès" (The Sandstone) 3 to 4 meters deep, overlying deeper layers of red clay. The grapes are fully destemmed, macerated for 2 to 3 weeks, and aged for 9 months in concrete tanks. Unfined and unfiltered.
