"This cuvée is a blend of parcels from the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux sectors. The nose is powerful, with luscious red fruit aromas. The palate is supple, rich, and beautifully balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness of the crisp fruit. This wine can be enjoyed both in its youth, appreciating its fruit character, and for its secondary aromas, which develop after 5 years. Pair with roast capon. 12% ABV." - Yves Cuilleron, Winemaker
