"Kooli is inspired by the effervescent white wines of the Iberian Peninsula such as Vinho Verde and Txakoli (cha-Kooli). Light, dry and refreshing, Kooli is traditionally served ice gold in a glass tumbler.
A dry white blend fermented slowly in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. Bottled with a gentle spritz retained from primary fermentation, creating a bright, refreshing wine with subtle pear, nettle and citrus characteristics. Citrus, green apple and fresh herbs on the nose with delicate floral notes.
