"Meet 'Anna.' She's a serious Gamay with notes of toasted sesame seeds and beautiful bright raspberry and bramble fruits. These grapes began their journey amongst the cascading vineyards of the Yarra Valley. From there, they spent two weeks fermenting on skins (30% whole bunch), before ageing in large format oak over the winter and spring. Best paired with chicken, steak, mushroom, falafel and cheese." - Winemaker Notes
"25% whole bunch, aged in large format, neutral oak. Yarra Valley gamay – ripe, sweet fruited, approachable and oh-so smooth. All the ingredients are here for some immediate drinking pleasure led by raspberry, cherry and plum with violet florals, a splash of dried herbs and a lively spiciness, including some pepperiness, especially on the finish. Plenty here to appreciate and enjoy." - 91 Points, Jeni Port, Halliday Wine Companion
"Something to enjoy with no worries. A fruity, crunchy number. Sweet berry nose, spiced plum and blueberry tart. Finishing with a bitter-tart note of pomegranate and black cherry. Medium-bodied and super nice to sip on. And on. And on." - 91 Points, Kasia Sobiesiak, The Wine Front
