"The trilogy of Pur Avize, Pur Oger, and Pur Mesnil highlights the unique characteristics of three villages where our vineyards are located. For each village, we selected specific parcels that, in our view, best represent the essence of the cru.
This approach reflects our deep understanding of these villages. Through this trilogy, we also aim to showcase the diversity of the Côte des Blancs terroir, which is often underestimated. For the second fermentation and aging on lees, we opted for cork closures to enhance the wine’s expression." - Franck Bonville
