"Chardonnay, produced all over the world, takes excellent advantage of the Arbois terroir. Ample and round, the attack remains lively and fresh. It develops aromas of white flowers, almond and white fruits. Its light yellow color, brilliant and clear, makes it an elegant wine. It goes wonderfully with trout, smoked salmon and seafood, as well as white meats. A Comté soufflé will also find an ideal ally in this wine." - Winemaker Note
