"The 2025 estate Sauvignon Blanc comes from our estate grown old vine fruit. Crushed and pressed, fermented in large format old french oak with wild yeast. Elevage of this wine is on lees until bottling. Estate bottled in January 2026. It’s fine, structured, elegant and well powered, with complex length and all-round class.
