"From 22-year-old vines on the Summertown vineyard. A textural and complex wine that saw 8 months in old French oak. Now bottled under Stelvin, too. Subtly creamy, with panna cotta, apple purée, cinnamon spice, preserved lemon and ruby grapefruit. Pithy and layered, with plenty of body; it loves a decant, which releases some of the tighter, flintier characters.
