Description / Reviews

"Fruit from the Piccadilly Valley and Lenswood, fermented in neutral French oak and tank, then aged on lees for six months. Consistently one of Australia’s highest-rated Sauvignon Blancs, the wine shows poise and tension with generous texture, while still reflecting two of the Adelaide Hills’ finest subregions. 100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to neutral French barriques, hogsheads, stainless steel, and terracotta for 5 months." - Gentle Folk, Winemaker

"From 22-year-old vines on the Summertown vineyard. A textural and complex wine that saw 8 months in old French oak. Now bottled under Stelvin, too. Subtly creamy, with panna cotta, apple purée, cinnamon spice, preserved lemon and ruby grapefruit. Pithy and layered, with plenty of body; it loves a decant, which releases some of the tighter, flintier characters. Really lovely drinking." - 94 Points, Katrina Butler, Halliday Wine Companion (2025 Vintage)
