"Made in a very dark rosato style, aromas of cranberry, kirsch and bush berry fruits sing, backed up by a slightly reductive volcanic, almost eucalypt note. The palate is ethereal but so intense, walking a tightrope between the two effortlessly. Cassis spice, granitic and a hint of campari / blackcurrant juice on the end.
