"The Holm Oak Pinot Noir is a generous wine. Ruby red in colour with prominent aromas of dark cherry, red berries and a hint of sweet spice. Soft and inviting from the first sip, then opening to a peacock’s tail of red stone fruit, strawberries and fresh mushrooms on a textured framework of fine tannins, restrained toasted oak and light savoury notes. This is balanced with lingering acidity, resulting in a satisfying, long finish. Try with mushroom and truffle risotto or duck and hazelnut sausages." - Winemaker Notes
