"Grown at our 'Beautiful Valley ' Schoenthal vineyard. Harvested in one single pick early on a cool March morning, with almost no skin contact. The fruit underwent a slow, cool ferment in order to retain delicate aromas and freshness. An intriguing and highly distinctive bouquet, led by the unexpected lift of fresh blueberry and crunchy, firm nashi pear. Enticing floral layers of purple lavender and herbal lemon balm weave through the fruit profile. Green apple and honeydew melon is framed by a distinct oily mouthfeel that adds luxurious weight. This rich texture is beautifully countered by a clear, vibrant natural acid freshness that carries gentle primary fruits.
