"Sourced from the White Rock vineyard in the North West and picked at 11–12° Baumé, this pétillant naturel is crafted from freshly pressed Dornfelder (95%) with a touch of Riesling (5%). Bottled during primary ferment to retain its vibrant natural bubbles. Unfined, unfiltered and made without any added sulphur." - Winemaker Notes
