"In our vineyards, we practice dry-farming by natural means. They are densely planted (9,000 plants per hectare) with ancient vines held up by stakes in chestnut wood. From one of these vineyards, on Mt. Etna's Northern slopes, we harvested the grapes for this wine, of which we made 2,580 bottles and 33 magnums." - Winemaker Notes
