"It is made from Cortese grapes that come from a single vineyard, facing south-east, trained with Guyot and located on the clayey soils of the hills overlooking Novi Ligure. I look right in the direction of those hills when I want to prepare for the arrival of the rain: that's why it's called that! Nuvole is the wine of the summer: fresh, clear and pure, it tells its story well when it is young. Its yellow is streaked with green reflections that anticipate the fragrances of sage and marjoram, fresh aromas of lime and bergamot, distant memories of yellow exotic fruit. In the mouth it is perfect, as on the nose. It will also tell you about apple, before closing savoury, dry, decisive and linear, like a sparkling blade." - Il Poggio, Winemaker.
