"Another glowing colour with a primrose tint. There is a faint reduction on the nose alongside an evident concentration. This is currently more tightly wound than En Remilly, but should emerge with a similar result. Today I give En Remilly the narrow edge. It can be paired with roast poultry, rich oysters, crayfish, scallops and white fish. You can drink it now with a 30-minute decant before serving or cellar it up until 2028+. 100% Chardonnay.
