"I’d like to think this is elevated Bogan, mullet and singlet with an elite level of world history perhaps. Because this has full flavour, Bing cherry, mulberry and tobacco pouch but it has a fresh clean cut of violet and sandalwood too. Some rosemary herbs, bottlebrush and poppy seed spice. Fruit continues to impress with its intensity and some black olive and charred thyme cuts right through adding savoury notes and weedy herbal interest. Tannins remain quite silty and fine.
