Description
This beautiful Tawny was made after many years of small oak ageing. In a glass, it features a deep tawny brown colour accompanied by orange hues. A swirl exhibits aromas of prunes, nutty, vanilla and rancio characters (A Spanish term that describes the peak of refinement in aromas and flavours derived by the aging process). The rich palate offers concentrated dried fruit, marmalade flavours underscored by caramel and chocolate notes. Complemented by bright acidity, it eventually culminates in a fresh clean finish.
