"Kollektiv Peternell is a collaboration between chef Paul Schuster (of Jeanne in Antibes), his childhood friend Simon Ecker, and Rundbar manager Dave Ferris. Schuster and Ecker are originally from near Petronell-Carnuntum, while Schuster met Ferris while harvesting with Partida Creus in 2018.
