// Organic blend of 56% Vermentino and 44% Fernão Pires
"Our first foray into dry white wine since 2019, we introduce this dynamic white blend. Fruit is grown using organic and biodynamic practices by the Bassham family in the Riverland, South Australia. Both varieties were harvested separately, then tipped straight into open top tanks with their skins and all. Spontaneous yeast kicked things off, and after five days were pressed together and finished primary ferment in tank. At the completion of ferment, the wine was transferred to old French barriques. Elevage occurred for two months to assist in building further texture to this zesty and mineral driven dry white wine." - Winemaker Notes
