"Whole bunch maceration for about 15 days without destemming. Aged for 18 months in 228L oak barrels previously used four times, to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression. The 2022 pours a deep ruby with captivating aromas of ripe red fruits—think smashed strawberry and cassis—threaded through with a hint of spice. On the palate, it offers a pleasing freshness, supple red fruit characters, and a beautifully complex, long finish accented by spice and a saline nuance. The tannins are soft and silky, contributing to a dense yet graceful wine." - Importer Notes
