"The 2023 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has a clean, delineated nose with lemon verbena, Granny Smith and light oyster shell scents. The palate is well balanced with a keen thread of acidity. There is a patina of wood here, but it is proportionate to the fruit. Cohesive and long on the finish, this might be Jadot's best cuvée of 2023." - Neal Martin vinous.com
