"At first glance, it is a lovely and delicate pale straw yellow in colour; the vuvvles and effervescence form perfectly as they continously rise, giving the impression of a wine full of life." - Pommery, Winemaker
"The first English sparkling to be produced by a Champagne House. Created in Hampshire, in the traditional method with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this is a fine and elegant sparkling just bursting with life. The nose reminds me of an English garden, green apple and soft grassy notes with touches of brioche adding depth and roundness. This has quite a weighty mouthfeel, full of citrus fruit flavours and is instantly mouthwatering. A seriously enjoyable wine. As expensive as a good bottle of Champagne but an impressive alternative." - 93 Points, Georgina Hindle, Decanter
